Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges
Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
Third Angle has a strict “no refund” policy; all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to make a show, tickets may be transferred to another party or exchanged for an upcoming performance with a small fee.
If you would like to transfer your ticket(s) to another party, please email info@thirdangle.org with the details of your order and the contact info for the name of the party who will be using your ticket.
If you would like to exchange your ticket(s) for a future show, the value of your purchased ticket(s) can be applied to a gift certificate, minus a $5 fee, which can be used when purchasing a ticket to a future show of your choice. Please email info@thirdangle.org to arrange for your exchange.
What happens if a show is cancelled or postponed?
Cancellations are exceedingly rare, but they are always announced to our ticket holders via email and on our homepage and social media as early as possible. In the event of a performance cancellation, you will receive information about whether the concert has been rescheduled, and an overview of your options.
Exchange your ticket(s) for another scheduled concert in the current season (no added fee).
Exchange your ticket(s) for an emailed gift certificate of equal value (no added fee).
Donate the value of your ticket(s). You will receive an acknowledgment of your fully tax-deductible gift.
