This is how it’s done these days, with laptops and high-speed connections joining to create hybrid ensembles that would make Mozart’s head explode. Wilder Shores is the piece we worked on at that rehearsal—it’s a brilliant new work by… Learn More » »

This weekend Third Angle New Music heads east to make our NYC debut at the prestigious Bang on a Can Marathon, and we’re thrilled to be presenting the world premiere of LJ White’s Wilder Shores. The piece includes poetry written and spoken by Matthew and Michael Dickman, who 3A audiences will recognize from their previous appearance with us in January 2012. Made In Italy
is Third Angle’s third collaboration with our friends at the Portland Art Museum, presented as part of the museum’s incredible exhibit, Italian Style: Fashion Since 1945. If you haven’t seen it yet, you need to go…now! In addition to the spectacular collection of vintage clothes, the exhibit is a brilliant journey through post-war Italy, telling the story of how an industry is created from the rubble of war, and a… Learn More » »
