What:
Third Angle will perform a program of fascinating works from the new generation of Asian artists. The program will feature the world premiere of a new horn trio by Thai composer, Narong Prangcharoen, plus works by 2011 Pulitzer winner Zhou Long and Chinese composer Xiaoou Hu.
This performance will be a proper send off for Third Angle’s forthcoming trip to Thailand, where the ensemble will be in residence at the 2011 Thailand International Composition Festival.
The 2011-2012 Third Angle season will be announced at this concert.
